What's great about it: It sounds phenomenal
What's not so great: Can't sleep with it. Can't shower in it either, so I've gotten over that.
"This item is phenomenal in sound. I'll say it again, the sound is AMAZING. Everyone that hears it is blown away. That being said, be aware that there are a lot of knock offs being sold at cheaper prices at other sites. I would know because I have seen and heard many versions (of all colors, red, white, and black) that sound nothing like this. If you want it, pay the full price at a reliable company, like Best Buy. Otherwise, you will probably get a knock-off and think this product sucks. Buy an original, and it rocks."

Can't live without them

What's great about it: No Cords, ease of use, great features, design
What's not so great: You have to purchase a new one once the battery can no longer be charged.
"I will be purchasing my 3rd set today. The second time I bought the set was b/c of the non-replaceable battery. :( They should disclose this on the package but there is no returning to wired phones once you've gotten accustomed to wireless. I did purchase a wireless set from another company but it was so cumbersome. This time I'll be buying another set because I CANNOT FIND my set for nothing! I'm really distraught but I guess it's time for me to face the facts of no longer having my set and shell out yet another $100. However, they are well worth it."
